Doubling Revenues and Opportunities in Restaurants

Working proactively with a franchise restaurant chain to increase minority entrepreneurship, income, jobs, and revenues, Nova's Team Development approach was put in place at locations across the United States. Franchises using Nova's Team Development saw their revenues almost double those of franchises not using Nova's program, and they created one-third more jobs than other franchises.
