Integrating Organization Cultures for Successful M&A

Two worldwide process manufacturing companies merged.  Nova determined that one company’s culture excelled at generating revenues, while the other fostered superior research and development. We created a collaborative process for the global integration of R&D, HR and IS, among other changes.  New product identification soared, and revenues increased 20%.  Performance was so attractive, the new entity was quickly acquired by a third company
