Teach Them How To Learn
The best teachers do not teach anything; they teach others how to learn on their own. Instead of giving answers and advice, construct a list of questions or discussions to elicit the information you are looking for from others. Make it a rule never to give people the solution, but make it a test of your own skill to be sure that they can discover it on their own and in their own way.
