Human Resources Professional Competency Survey

Working with Nova’s individual surveys is quick and easy, whether you’re buying one or several:

You have two options for payment: by credit card directly over the Internet, or if you’re purchasing multiple surveys, call us about paying by company check.
As soon as payment is received, you’ll receive a short Excel Registration form, either emailed or downloaded depending on payment form, to fill out with the participants’ contact information.
Email the completed form to Nova.
Nova emails survey instructions and an Access Key to the person being assessed and all the raters who click on a link to the survey and complete it.
Upon receipt of all the completed surveys, Nova emails a PDF file of the person’s personal scoring profile along with a Development Guide to the person designated to receive it (direct to the person being assessed or to someone who will be coaching the person based on the results, such as an HR professional).
