Learning Objectives
The flexible program modules and agenda are designed to meet specific learning objectives. Participants who complete those modules will learn how to:
- Understand what competencies are.
- Know how competencies relate to excellence in job performance.
- Better identify competencies for key positions using the essential competencies found in all positions (and/or your own competency model).
- Distinguish competencies from job skills and specialized knowledge.
- Conduct in-depth, competency-based interviews to identify excellent performers.
