All our programs include expert content based on solid research as well as field-tested practical, relevant, enlivening experiential learning and interaction. The basic modules of this two-day program are listed below. Program modules and length can be modified and combined to meet your needs.
The basic modules of this two-day program are designed to lead up to an introduction to mentees at a Get-Acquainted Meeting when mentors are prepared and excited by the work they have produced. The Get-Acquainted portion of the program contains mentee training.
Suggestions to customize: Include self-assessment or participant selection processes utilizing Nova’s 360º Collaborative Mentor Survey for participants. Use Nova’s 360º Talent Capacity Survey to select the mentees who can benefit most from mentor relationships.
